E-Jae Pak Mor began with a love for one of Thailand’s lesser-known street foods.

“E-Jae” means older sister in a Chinese-Thai family, while Pak Mor is a traditional steamed rice flour dumpling that is still difficult to find outside Thailand.

Our journey started when a friend’s grandmother taught us how to make Pak Mor by hand. Learning to create the delicate wrappers took patience and plenty of practice, but that process inspired us to keep improving and eventually share Pak Mor with others. We began selling online in April 2021, learning from our customers and perfecting our recipe along the way.

That passion eventually became E-Jae Pak Mor in Seattle’s Chinatown–International District. Today, we serve our signature Pak Mor alongside homemade Thai noodles and authentic Thai street food inspired by the dishes we grew up with. Our goal is simple: to share the flavors, craftsmanship, and warmth of Thai street food with everyone who walks through our doors.
